Adult Ballroom & Latin Class Schedule

Put a little movement in your life!
My Ballroom Bodies class is back on the schedule!
Last time I held it everyone lost weight and/or inches.  Some of us did it just for the exercise and fun of it. So, tell your friends to come in and learn some rhythm and elements of Latin and ballroom dancing and get into shape while doing it!
